Our society is learning more about how important early childhood development actually is. One fact that stands out in front of all others is: 90% of a child’s brain develops before the age of five. Meaning, if connections aren’t made by then, they will never connect. There’s no such thing as a second chance in brain development. The speed at which babies are learning and soaking in their surroundings is similar to lightning striking. One way for people to understand is to show them; we simply moved the brain activity to the outside of the child’s head.
